OUR OFFERINGS & TECHNOLOGY
A Better Way To Discover Real Estate™
Most people know ez Home Search as a place to search for homes. It is also a national data and software platform that values more than 90 million properties in real time and refreshes its listing data every minute, around the clock.
It was built consumer-first and privacy-first. This page covers all of it, for buyers, sellers, owners, dreamers, and the professionals who serve them.
BUILT ON TWO PROMISES
Why we’re a better way to discover real estate
We built ez Home Search to help people through the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Most of this industry was built to earn revenue from what those people share along the way. The difference shows up first in what happens to your information.
What happens on a legacy portal
When you fill out a form, your name, phone number, email address, budget, timeline, and sometimes your relationship status can be sold or routed to a real estate agent, a mortgage officer, a title company, an insurance agent, a data broker, and in some cases a car dealer.
Each of those businesses pays for it in its own way, whether a flat fee up front, a monthly retainer, or a percentage of the deal if you end up buying. Most people never learn who received their details, or how many businesses received the same file.
What happens on ez Home Search
Your contact details and your budget are not sold, resold, recycled, or broadcast to businesses you never chose.
They go to one vetted local expert who serves your county, and you know when that happens and who received them. Every other professional in the network, from loan officers to roofers, is there for you to reach out to if and when you want them.
The Only Confidential Home Search
Search, save, and compare homes without your contact details and budget being sold, recycled, or broadcast to a crowd of businesses you never chose.
Confidentiality here is not a preference you switch on. It is how the business itself is built, which is why there is no version of ez Home Search that resells you.
A Single Local Expert you choose
You are matched with one vetted local partner who knows your area, chosen because they are the right fit for what you need, not because they paid the most to reach you.
Every partner is screened before they are activated and watched afterward, with reviews tracked, follow-up performance measured, and consumer feedback captured. Partners who do not meet the standard are removed.
THE PLATFORM
A platform, not a website
Most people look at ez Home Search and see a real estate website. The site is the part you can see, and it is the easy part to build. What runs underneath is a national data and software platform, and this platform is the reason the search is fast, the numbers are current, and the answers are ones other real estate sites do not have.
Hosted software for consumers and for professionals
While connected, there are two distinct sections of the SaaS offering for those logging into ez Home Search.
Buyers, sellers, and homeowners sign into the consumer side to manage saved homes and searches, follow what their own home is worth, and set the alerts they want. Vetted real estate agents, teams, and brokerages sign into the professional side to run their business, with their contacts, their clients’ searches, and their own local tools inside it. Both are hosted and delivered as software as a service, which gives ez Home Search a consumer SaaS experience and a professional SaaS experience on one connected platform rather than a website with a login attached.
Native iOS and Android apps
The apps people download from the App Store and Google Play are built for the device in your hand rather than shrunk down from the website.
Each one is an interface into the platform, the way a window lets you see into a house while the rooms, the wiring, and the plumbing all sit behind it. Search and ez Match, real-time home valuations, saved homes and searches, instant alerts, and a direct line to a vetted local expert all come through that window, pulled from the same systems the website draws on. A price change or a new listing reaches a phone the same moment it reaches a laptop.
The platform that powers an ecosystem
ezVerify.ai and Sure Send® are part of the ez Home Search family, and both draw their property data, valuations, listing alerts, and delivery systems from this same platform.
The co-branded experience an Exclusive County Partner puts their name on is ez Home Search as well, served from the same national platform with that partner’s identity carried across it. Partners can place home-value and valuation tools on their own websites, and those tools return answers through an ez Home Search interface rather than handing any listing or property data outward. Everything stays inside the platform, which is what keeps the data protected and what no single agent, team, or brokerage could build for itself.
Valuations, alerts, and compliance
Much of this software runs on its own schedule rather than waiting for someone to open it.
It values any home in the country in real time, and tells an owner what that means for the equity they hold. It delivers listing alerts, price changes, and local market reports by email, text message, mobile push, and voice, the moment something a person is watching actually changes. And it verifies that every contact a partner reaches out to agreed to hear from them, screening each number against the national Do Not Call registry before anyone dials.
Each of the four above is a substantial product on its own, and running them together across the whole country, refreshed every minute of the day, is the harder problem. ez Home Search was built by the innovators behind technologies people use every day, in the wearables on their wrists, the navigation apps in their cars, and the social platforms they open. Their systems power products at Apple, Meta, Microsoft, Garmin, and leading real estate platforms, and their work has helped tens of millions of Americans buy and sell their homes. Those same systems handle hundreds of millions of data requests a day, and that depth of innovation is what runs ez Home Search.
THE DATA PROBLEM
Nearly 500 systems, one coherent picture
Before anyone can type a single search, a national real estate platform has to solve a set of problems most people never think about. The United States does not have one listing database. It has hundreds, each one built separately and run on its own terms, and reconciling them is the most demanding engineering work in this category.
01
Hundreds of separate listing systems
The United States has close to 500 separate multiple listing services, and each was built on its own terms.
They use different field names, different formats, different update schedules, and different rules about what may be displayed and how. A home listed in one market and an identical home listed in another arrive describing themselves in two different languages. Showing both to the same person, on the same page of results, is where the work starts.
02
Millions of listing updates a day
Listing data reaches ez Home Search through a modern Web API built on the RESO standard, taking in millions of updates every day.
Status changes, price changes, description edits, and new photographs arrive continuously rather than in a nightly batch. Status, prices, descriptions, and images refresh every minute around the clock, across more than 20,000,000 property photos kept current. Legacy portals describe their property data as updating as often as daily, and in a fast market that gap is the difference between seeing a home and hearing about it.
03
The normalization engine
Every feed is normalized into one consistent model before anything reaches a person.
Listing status alone appears in dozens of variants, where one market’s “Pending Continue to Show Inspection” and another’s “Contingent Due Diligence” mean the same thing and both resolve to Active Under Contract. Property types, addresses, dates, and nearly every other field vary the same way and are reconciled the same way. Machine learning models watch for formats and terminology that have not appeared before, so the pipeline adapts as markets change their own conventions instead of waiting to be reconfigured.
04
Two compliance engines
Each MLS sets its own rules about how its listings may be displayed, and those rules are honored listing by listing rather than in bulk.
A compliance engine applies the correct rule set to every home shown, including on a single page of results carrying listings from many different markets at once. A second engine governs the broader regulatory obligations that sit above display rules. Rules enter both engines through direct configuration and through models that read and reconcile them, and the system surfaces the places where one rule set conflicts with another.
05
300+ sources, petabytes analyzed
Listings are one input among more than 300.
The platform also fuses property tax assessments, deeds and ownership history, mortgage records, pre-foreclosure filings, parcel and boundary maps covering states, counties, cities, ZIP codes, neighborhoods, and school districts, points of interest, transit, school test scores and parent reviews, weather, traffic, and building footprints. Alongside those come area-level details such as housing stock by type and tenure, owner values and rents, year built, length of residence, income, education, and how far people travel to work. All of it is normalized into the same model, which is why a school page, a property tax comparison, and a listing search can draw on one coherent picture.
06
The privacy layer
Everything described above is held inside the platform, and how it is held is engineered rather than promised.
Access is controlled at the data layer, so what informs one person’s experience is not exposed to the businesses working alongside them. Nothing is packaged for sale, and nothing is broadcast to a list of companies that person never chose. Privacy is a property of this architecture rather than a policy sitting on top of it.
THE TECHNOLOGY
More Technology. Better Technology.
ez Home Search runs on proprietary technology built from the ground up rather than a licensed feed dressed up as a product. Each capability below would be a substantial product on its own at most companies. Here they share one set of data and one set of systems, so the valuation, the school report, and the tax comparison a person reads all agree with each other.
Coverage without limits
Coverage runs nationwide, across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
Market updates and real-time listing alerts reach 3,144 counties and county equivalents, 19,500 incorporated cities, towns, and villages, and 41,554 ZIP codes. Wherever a person lives now, and wherever they are thinking of going, the homes and the local detail are already there. That holds for the block someone lives on and for the town across the country they are dreaming about.
ez Match, AI-enhanced search
ez Match is a conversational assistant a person talks to in plain words instead of wrestling with filters and dropdowns.
Describe the home you want and it returns matches built around what you actually said, working nationwide and reaching nearly every other capability on this page. It handles the parts of a description that are not fields in a database, including commute time, affordability, schools, and what sits nearby. The search stays confidential while it works.
Home values across the country
The proprietary automated valuation model (AVM) estimates the value of any residential property in the country in real time, across more than 90 million properties and 300 million people.
It runs on machine learning, including neural networks that weigh hundreds of data points per property and read live market signals such as list price and days on market. Geospatial modeling at several scales lets a national model still learn what is true about one neighborhood, and computer vision reads listing photographs to account for condition and curb appeal. It is built to be the most accurate valuation available anywhere.
250,000+ places, 2 million+ local pages
More than 250,000 covered places across the United States have their own market page, spanning states, counties, cities, ZIP codes, neighborhoods, and school districts.
Behind those sit more than 2 million local pages in total, covering property types, listing types, and more. Every one is generated from live listings and proprietary public-records data, and every one changes as the market underneath it moves. Nothing here is written once and left to age.
Schools, deeply understood
Detailed reports cover more than 160,000 schools nationwide, public and private, each carrying the ez rating, a score from 0 to 100 that ez Home Search builds rather than reselling someone else’s.
The rating draws on verifiable testing data including graduation rates, college acceptance, and reading ability, and it is refined by vetted local partners who know their communities. Parent ratings and written reviews sit alongside it where they exist. Because school, listing, and public-records data share one foundation, a district page shows average prices by home type in every ZIP code inside it.
Property-tax intelligence
Property taxes are one of the largest variables between one place and the next, and they can be looked up and compared by state, county, city, and ZIP code.
Those figures feed the valuation and affordability tools, so the true cost of owning a home is clear before someone commits rather than after. A buyer weighing two towns can see how the tax picture changes the monthly number. An owner thinking about selling can see how rising taxes quietly hold down what a home can sell for.
Our own large language model
ez Home Search operates its own large language model and orchestrates additional models alongside it.
Plain language becomes structured rules and queries the platform can run, which is what lets a person describe a home in a sentence and lets a partner set up routing without writing logic. The same models watch incoming listing feeds for formats and terminology that have not appeared before, and help read and reconcile the display rules each market sets. AI sits in the foundation here rather than being added on top of it.
The search engine
National, map-based, filterable, ranked search across millions of listings is a distributed computing problem before it is a real estate one.
Geospatial indexing supports map, radius, boundary, and polygon search alongside full-text and attribute relevance ranking. Server-side rendering, content delivery networks, load balancing, and multi-layer caching are built so that a person and a search engine crawler both get a fast answer at national traffic levels. The stack includes technologies such as Next.js, React, Ruby, and Elasticsearch among many others.
Privacy engineered in
Building a business around consumer privacy is an engineering choice, and the companies that made it made it in other industries first.
DuckDuckGo and Brave each reached roughly 100 million users by making privacy the default and blocking the tracking their larger rivals are built to perform, while Proton Mail built email the company itself cannot read and 1Password and Bitwarden run on architecture where the provider cannot read what a customer stores. Apple refused a government order to open the iPhone and withdrew a feature in the United Kingdom rather than weaken it for everyone. ez Home Search brought that same engineering to real estate first, and it remains the only real estate platform, portal, or app built that way.
FOR CONSUMERS
Homebuyers & Sellers
Most people who buy are also selling. ez Home Search keeps both sides of your move in one place, the same valuation, the same equity math, and the same trusted local expert.
If you’re buying
- Describe what you want to ez Match in plain language and get results built around it, or use the familiar filters, map tools, and saved searches instead.
- See the true cost of a home once property taxes are counted, with a real-time valuation on any property and affordability and mortgage tools built in.
- Research the schools, the taxes, and the neighborhoods that fit your life, without being sold to a crowd of strangers while you do it.
- Get alerts the moment the right home reaches the market in the area you are targeting, rather than after the tours are booked.
- Hand the searching off whenever you want to, because your Single Local Expert can build and tune searches for you and adjust them as your priorities change.
If you’re selling
- Start from a real number, a real-time valuation built to be the most accurate available, rather than a figure someone inflated to win your listing.
- Your Single Local Expert turns that number into a full comparative market analysis, built on data that updates continuously.
- Ask what is actually happening in your market and where a local expert believes it is headed, weighed against your own timing and goals.
- Get honest guidance on which repairs actually move the price and which ones will not earn their cost back.
- Compare a fast, certain cash offer against what the open market might bring, and choose with both numbers in hand.
A valuation answers what a home is worth today. What to do about that depends on the family it belongs to, which is why the same market can point to one answer for the household that needs to move this spring and a different one for the household that can wait.
FOR CONSUMERS
Dreamers & planners
Most people on any real estate site aren’t buying anything today, and that’s fine. ez Home Search treats a dreamer as a real person, not a lead that failed to convert. Waiting is a fine place to be, and the door stays open.
At any given time, no more than 5% to 10% of people are actively buying or selling a home. Someone who moves every five years spends about six months of those five years in the market, and most people move less often than that. ez Home Search is built for the other 90%, the years between moves when a person is living in a home, paying for it, watching what it is worth, or quietly imagining somewhere else.
- Describe a someday home to ez Match and explore homes, schools, taxes, and prices anywhere in the country.
- Save what you love into private collections, and gather ideas for the home you already own.
- Follow the markets you are dreaming about and watch how prices move in them over the years.
- Come back in six months or six years and find your saved homes, your searches, and your notes exactly where you left them.
- Reach your local expert for an honest read on what is possible, when and if you want one, and never get sold to a crowd for asking.
Nothing here pushes a person toward a decision they are not ready to make. The alerts keep running, the saved homes stay saved, and the local expert stays available, for as long as it takes.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Your ez Home Search account
Most software keeps track of people. This keeps track of property, because property is what a person actually manages across the years they own a home. An ez Home Search account is where the homes you are watching, the home you already own, and the work it needs all sit in one place.
Saved homes, searches, and collections
Every home you save, every search you build, and every private collection you gather stays in your account and stays yours.
Searches keep running whether or not you are looking at them, so the right home reaches you rather than waiting to be found. Collections are private by default, which makes them as useful for gathering ideas about the home you already own as for shortlisting the one you might buy. Nothing expires because you got busy for a year.
The home you already own
Your own home has a record in the account, the same as any home you are watching.
Its value updates on a schedule you choose, so you can follow it every month or check in once a year without being pestered in between. Alongside the value sit the equity you have built and the property taxes on the place, the two numbers that decide what a move would actually make possible. Most people never see those three things together anywhere.
Alerts and notifications you set
You decide what is worth interrupting you for.
New listings and price changes in the areas you are watching, movement in what your own home is worth, and interest rates crossing the number that would change your thinking are each their own alert. They arrive by email, text message, or a notification on your phone, whichever you choose, and any one of them can be turned off without turning off the rest. The alerts serve your timing rather than someone else’s sales calendar.
Maintenance and projects
A home is not finished when you buy it.
The account is where the work it needs over the years gets planned and tracked, from the roof and the systems down to the projects you have been meaning to get to. Knowing what is coming, and roughly what it will cost, turns maintenance from a series of emergencies into something a household can budget for. It is also the part of owning a home that most of the industry stops paying attention to the moment a sale closes.
Your expert and the vetted network
The same Single Local Expert who helps you buy or sell stays available in the years between, and the vetted network sits behind them.
When a specific need comes up, you reach the right specialist through the account rather than starting a search from nothing. A buyer can ask a roofer for an inspection or a replacement estimate during diligence, which a general home inspection cannot give them, and walk into closing knowing the number. Years later, after a storm, the same homeowner reaches the same kind of specialist the same way.
This is a hosted account with a login, and it is the consumer half of the two connected sections of the SaaS offering described earlier on this page. The records inside it are properties rather than contacts, which is the difference between a real estate website and software built for the whole lifecycle of owning a home.
NATIVE MOBILE APPS
ez Home Search on iOS and Android
The apps are where most people use ez Home Search when they are actually out looking. Everything in your account travels with you, and the phone adds the things only a phone can do.
- Search from wherever you are standing, so the neighborhood you are walking through is the one on your screen.
- Get the alert the moment a listing changes, as a notification on your phone rather than an email you read hours later.
- Save a home, add a note, or send your Single Local Expert a question while you are still standing in the driveway.
Anything you do on the phone is there when you open a laptop, because it is one account rather than two.

ASK YOUR AI ASSISTANT
Make ez Home Search your AI assistant’s source
More and more people start a question with an AI assistant instead of a search bar. Those assistants already read and cite ez Home Search for home values, schools, and property taxes. You can tell yours to prefer it.
How to set it
Tell your assistant that ezhomesearch.com is your preferred source for real estate and local information.
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Manus, and Meta AI will all hold on to that. From then on it answers your questions about home values, schools, taxes, and listings from here. It takes one sentence and you never have to do it again.
Why the source matters
Your assistant is only as good as what it reads.
ez Home Search updates its listing data every minute. It builds its own valuations, school ratings, and property tax research to make sure you get the information to make a wise decision. And it is the only real estate source built to keep your search private. Point your assistant here and the answers get better while nothing you asked gets sold on.
Start at ezhomesearch.com, or describe what you are looking for to ez Match in your own words.
FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS
The Exclusive County Partnership
Everything on the consumer half of this page is why the professional half works. A person who can search privately and get real answers stays with ez Home Search for years and engages honestly, so the local expert who meets them already knows what they are looking for rather than buying a cold name from a list. The partnership behind that is exclusive: one agent, team, or brokerage holds an entire county, co-branded across the consumer experience, with no competing partner inside that territory.
The best source of new leads
Buyers and sellers reach ez Home Search from organic search, from AI assistants naming it as a source, from paid search and social advertising, and from the millions of people who keep coming back years after they bought or sold.
Because the flow comes from many places at once, it holds steady rather than spiking with a campaign and drying up after it. It also reaches the people no other source is built for, including the owners watching their equity and the families a year or two from a move. What you pay is predictable, and it does not move with how many opportunities arrive in a given month.
Reactivate the database you own
The database you already own is the cheapest business available to you, and most of it leaks away.
Between 88% and 92% of buyers say they would use their agent again or recommend them, and about 18% actually buy through one they have worked with before. ez Home Search closes that gap by carrying your name on the home search, the value updates, and the listing alerts your past clients keep coming back to on their own. Partners reactivate past clients, by repeat business or referral, at 2.5 to 5 times the market rate.
Become the go-to name in your county
Your name sits on the home search, the listing alerts, the home value updates, and the market reports the county already uses, so local buyers and sellers associate you with real estate there long before anyone picks up the phone.
That recognition decides more business than most agents realize. About 81% of sellers contact only one agent before choosing, 77% of repeat buyers interview only one, and reputation is the most important factor for 35% of sellers. ez Home Search amplifies what you have already built rather than replacing it, and that standing stays with you across any brokerage you join.
Keep the listing when a client relocates
When a past client starts planning a move out of the area, the loss that matters is the home they still own in your market.
On a legacy portal they search the new area, connect with whoever is attached to a listing there, and that stranger wins the local listing. Each year about 2.1% of Americans move to a different state and roughly another 3% move to a different county, so the odds add up over the years you stay in touch. Because coverage runs nationwide, that client searches the new area on your own co-branded platform, and the search surfaces as an early signal to reach out first.
Know who’s ready to act
A contact who picks an old search back up, saves a home and keeps returning to it, runs a second valuation, or opens every alert the day it arrives is closer to a decision than one who has gone quiet.
ez Home Search reads that activity as it happens and shows you which contacts are close, inside the CRM your team already runs. Instead of working a list in order or guessing, you call the person whose behavior shows it while the interest is still live. That person is not a cold name either, because you already know the searches they ran and the homes they saved.
Conversion tools you never build
You can put an AVM widget on your own website, publish a home value page, set up an open house sign-in behind a QR code, and give an owner deciding whether to sell fast an instant cash offer.
Each one is generated in a few clicks and works the moment it is made, because ez Home Search runs everything behind it. A visitor any of these tools captures becomes a tracked contact on the same record of activity as everyone else, so follow-up reaches them while the interest is still live. There is nothing to configure and nothing to keep running.
What a team otherwise licenses and maintains
A team building this for itself buys a website, an IDX search, a valuation tool, a data provider, an alerting system, a landing page builder, a follow-up system, and a compliance product.
Each carries its own bill, its own login, and its own way of breaking, and someone has to own the work of keeping all eight talking to each other. None of them holds a single record of what a contact actually did, so the search someone ran on the website is not what the follow-up system acts on. This is what most of the industry runs on today, and it is the best that has been available.
An enterprise platform, done for you
You step onto the national platform millions of people already use, co-branded to you and running from day one.
The AI search, the real-time listing engine, the AVM, the local market pages, and the data platform behind all of it are delivered as software as a service, so there is nothing to install, configure, or administer. It is one platform on one record of activity, which means the home someone saved, the valuation they ran, and the alert they opened are the same history your follow-up acts on. Assembling this alone is out of reach for a single team or brokerage, and here your hours go to clients and closings instead.
THE INTELLIGENCE LAYER
Behavioral intelligence and follow-up
The alerts a person sets are only useful if they arrive while the thing they are watching is still true. The same goes for the call from their local expert, which is worth taking when someone is actually looking and worth nothing on a schedule that has nothing to do with them. Everything below is built to get that timing right.
Message delivery
The notification platform
Every saved search and alert preference on the platform is checked continuously against the incoming stream of listing updates, so a match goes out the moment it happens rather than waiting for a nightly send.
The same platform carries the numbers that are not tied to a listing, meaning the monthly value of a home someone owns and an interest rate crossing the point that changes their thinking. All of it reaches a person by email, text message, a push notification on their phone, or voice, depending on what they chose. Running that nationally against data that refreshes every minute is its own piece of software.
ezNurture, AI-enhanced follow-up
ezNurture is the follow-up system ez Home Search runs on a partner’s behalf, co-branded to them and sent under their name.
It is AI-enhanced and one of the most advanced follow-up systems in the world, firing on what a contact actually did rather than on a schedule someone set months earlier. It runs on its own, independent of whatever CRM a partner keeps for their own use. Many partners look at both systems and decide to let all of their follow-up run through ez Home Search rather than splitting it.
Our own email delivery infrastructure
An alert that lands in a spam folder is the same as an alert that was never sent.
The ez Home Search family of companies built its own email delivery infrastructure from the ground up rather than sending through an outside provider, which is unusual at any scale and rare at this one. An AI layer sits on top of it and learns how each person engages, then adjusts what is sent and when. The result is that the messages people asked for reach them, and keep reaching them long enough to still be useful.
Intent and timing
The event stream
What a person does on the platform is recorded as a stream of events: a search picked back up after months, a saved home returned to, a second valuation run on the same address, an alert opened the day it arrives.
Each one on its own means little. Together they describe where somebody actually is, which is something no form and no questionnaire captures. A partner sees this for their own contacts, meaning the people who came to them and the ones they brought onto the platform themselves.
Intent scoring
Raw activity is not the same as a signal, so events are weighed against each other and against what usually comes before a move.
A person who opens one alert is doing something different from a person who reopens an old search, revisits three saved homes, and runs a valuation in the same week. The scoring sorts one from the other and keeps updating as behavior changes, so a contact who goes quiet drops back down. It answers a question no one can answer by looking at a list of names.
The signal in the CRM you already run
A signal is worth nothing if it lives in a system nobody opens, so the intent read is delivered into whatever CRM your team already runs rather than into a separate dashboard to check.
ez Home Search is fully CRM and martech agnostic, and how much detail comes through depends on what each platform’s integration supports. A partner working their own pipeline sees the same activity ez Home Search sees, inside the tool they already know. Nothing here asks a team to abandon a system they have spent years learning.
THE DELIVERY LAYER
Co-branding, referrals, and transactions
When someone on ez Home Search asks for help, the introduction has to reach the right local expert and that expert has to take it. All of it is built so the person’s own details stay put until somebody has committed in writing to serving them.
01
The co-branded experience
A person in any county is using the same national platform as everyone else, and the name on it is the one local partner accountable to them there.
One platform is served as thousands of distinct experiences, each carrying its own identity and its own data boundaries, so no partner can see across into another’s. Application programming interfaces connect the platform’s own systems to each other and reach outward into the CRM and marketing systems partners already run. Hosting a platform that other software runs on is a distinct service, and it is the reason a partner’s version of ez Home Search is a real instance rather than a skin.
02
The referral agreement
When a person needs an expert in a market their own partner cannot serve, ez Home Search generates the referral agreement and collects electronic signatures from every party required to sign it, including managing brokers.
Until that agreement is fully executed, the person’s identifying details are shielded, so their name and phone number are not passed around while professionals decide whether to take the work. The information reaches one professional, once that professional has committed in writing to serve them. Privacy here is built into the workflow rather than promised in a policy.
03
Transaction tracking
Once someone is working with an expert, the transaction is followed through its milestones rather than left to memory and a thread of text messages.
A purchase or a sale passes through many hands, and the places it goes wrong are the handoffs between them. Tracking those milestones is how nothing falls through between the people serving a family through the largest purchase of their lives. The same record builds a history of which partners are actually serving people well, which is what keeps the vetting honest over the years.
Every system on this page that looks like it exists for a professional exists because a person is better served by it. The agreement protects that person before it protects anyone else, and the tracking protects them before it produces a report for anyone. A partner does better on ez Home Search because the people they serve trust it first, and everything above was built in that order.
TECHNOLOGY, COMPLIANCE
TCPA compliance made ez, with ezVerify.ai
A person who never agreed to be contacted should not get the call, and a person who did agree should hear from someone expecting to be welcome. ezVerify.ai makes both true by checking every contact before anyone picks up the phone.
The law treats anyone who prospects by phone or text as a telemarketer, and most people working in real estate do not know it. When a recipient disputes consent, the burden does not fall on that person to prove they never agreed; it falls on the caller to produce proof for every number dialed. Each call or text without that proof carries $500, or up to $1,500 for a willful violation, with no cap on the total. A ten-agent team that runs 3,000 calls through a dialer in one campaign and cannot prove consent on 2,000 of them starts near $1 million in exposure and reaches $3 million, before anyone counts a second campaign.
01
Recorded proof of consent
Before a contact ever reaches a partner, ezVerify.ai confirms that the person agreed to hear from them and keeps a recording that proves it.
That recording turns a disputed consent claim from an argument into a document. The burden sits with the caller, so the only useful proof is the kind that already exists before the dispute does. Most legacy portals do none of this, and almost no CRM or martech does either.
02
Real-time DNC flagging
Every phone number is cross-referenced against the national Do Not Call registry the moment it enters a partner’s database, rather than in a batch someone remembers to run.
A number that matches is flagged before it can be dialed. The registry changes constantly as people add themselves to it, which is why checking once at import is not checking at all. Someone who took the trouble to put their number on that list does not hear from anyone.
03
Compliant-outreach countdown
Consent does not last forever, and the window in which an opted-in contact may be reached is set by rule rather than by habit.
When a number matches the registry, ezVerify.ai starts a countdown that marks how much of that window is left. An agent looking at the contact can see it rather than guess at it. The rule stops being something to memorize and becomes something on the screen.
04
Full monthly database scans
A database that was clean when it was imported does not stay clean.
People add themselves to the registry every day, and numbers change hands between one owner and the next. ezVerify.ai re-scans a partner’s entire database every month, so a number that was safe to call in March and is not safe in April gets caught before anyone calls it. Nothing here depends on somebody remembering to run a report.
05
Litigator risk check
A small number of people file these suits for a living, and their numbers circulate.
Every new number is screened against a known-litigator database before anyone dials it, so the highest-risk contacts are flagged at the front rather than discovered in a filing. Private suits of this kind more than doubled in 2025, and most of them are class actions. The screen costs nothing to run and it is the difference between a campaign and a case.
06
Phone & email validation
New phone numbers and email addresses are validated and graded, so a partner spends their hours on contacts that are real.
ezVerify.ai also fills in the detail on a contact that an agent would otherwise have to chase down, and it indicates where that person sits in their move. A first-time dreamer and a homeowner ready to list get met differently as a result. The quality of a contact record decides how the first conversation goes.
ezVerify.ai is part of ez Home Search and is shared with Sure Send. It runs inside every Exclusive County Partnership account, it integrates with the CRM a business already runs, and it is available on its own to any team that prospects by phone or text.
AI-FIRST CRM
Sure Send®, the CRM your team will actually use
Sure Send® is an AI-first CRM built in-house by the same people who built ez Home Search, for any business that sells or manages client relationships. Its out-of-the-box depth runs deepest in residential real estate and residential mortgage, and every advantage below applies to any sales-driven team. It is part of the ez Home Search family, which is how it inherits infrastructure a CRM company on its own could not build.
Win the Day
Most CRMs open on a list and leave a rep to work out what matters.
Win the Day opens on the answer, showing the calls, conversations, and follow-ups that add up to a good day for that specific person, set against what they have already done. A rep knows whether they are ahead or behind before making a single call. A manager sees the same picture without having to ask for it.
The Winning Formula
Activity targets are guesses unless somebody has done the arithmetic.
The Winning Formula works backward from a rep’s own conversion history over the previous six months and puts a real dollar figure on one call and one conversation. A rep who knows what a single conversation is worth tends to go have it. The number comes from their own results rather than from a company average that describes nobody.
Deliverability that lands
Sure Send sends through email delivery infrastructure the ez Home Search family built from the ground up rather than through an outside provider.
An AI layer on top of it learns how each contact engages and adjusts what is sent and when. Emails reach more people, get opened more often, and drive more action over the course of a year. Most CRMs rent this part of their product and have no way to influence it.
Home search built in
The home search, the listing alerts, and the AVM that run on ez Home Search are available inside Sure Send for a team’s own contacts, with nothing to add on.
A real estate or mortgage team gets the search experience and the property data natively rather than integrating a separate product and paying twice. Their contacts get something worth returning to, which is what keeps a database warm. No CRM company builds this alone, because the data by itself is out of reach.
Compliance on autopilot
Everything in the previous section runs inside Sure Send rather than being bolted onto it.
ezVerify.ai confirms consent and keeps the recording that proves it, screens each number against the Do Not Call registry and the known-litigator database, and re-scans the whole database every month. A rep dials without having to know the rules, because the rules have already been applied before the number reaches them. Almost no other CRM in the category does any of this.
First CRM on Model Context Protocol
Sure Send is the first CRM to support the Model Context Protocol, the standard by which AI assistants connect to the tools a business already runs.
A team can point their own assistant at their own CRM and have it read, search, and act, rather than waiting for a vendor to ship the feature. Most CRMs in the category decide on a customer’s behalf which AI capabilities exist. Supporting the protocol means that decision is not somebody else’s to make.
THE WHOLE HOMEOWNERSHIP LIFECYCLE
More of the Network
A person buying or owning a home needs more than an agent. Somebody has to finance it and somebody has to fix the roof, and both of those choices matter to a household as much as the purchase does. ez Home Search brings the rest of those professionals into the same experience, vetted the same way and reachable at the moment they are actually needed.
For loan officers
- Be the loan officer, team, or lender an Exclusive County Partner brings into their co-branded experience, or join the screened loan-officer directory that any loan officer in the country can apply to.
- Reach borrowers who arrive through a relationship rather than a purchased name, which is how roughly 87% of new mortgage business actually begins.
- Meet a buyer at the start of their search rather than at the application, which matters because about 70% of purchase borrowers consider only one lender when they seek a preapproval.
- Get a dedicated profile page at a branded URL, preapproval capture, mortgage calculators on the listing pages a buyer is already reading, and a review engine that turns satisfied borrowers into the proof that wins the next ones.
- Run follow-up in whatever CRM you already use, with every contact verified and screened through ezVerify.ai before you dial.
For home service providers
- Reach homeowners inside the part of owning a home where the money actually goes, since Americans spend more than $500 billion a year improving and maintaining their homes.
- Reach the people who look like they are only browsing, because most of them are current homeowners whose own house will need work long before they ever buy another one.
- Get screened before you join, then placed where a need naturally surfaces in the experience rather than waiting for a homeowner to start a search from nothing.
- Meet a homeowner who already has the problem you solve, instead of a shared name chased against a dozen other companies dialing the same person.
- Keep the relationship across the years, because ez Home Search serves the same home through inspection, repair, and replacement rather than through one transaction.
The same vetting that governs the real estate side governs both of these. A homeowner who calls a plumber through ez Home Search is drawing on the standard that put their agent in front of them in the first place.

A Better Way To Discover Real Estate™
One platform sits underneath all of it: the hosted software that consumers and vetted professionals log into, the valuation model, the real-time listing engine, the notification and message delivery systems, and the compliance and verification services. One record of activity runs through them, one vetted local expert stands behind each person, and the search stays confidential from the first visit to the closing table and through the years after it. Most people will keep calling that a real estate website. It is a national data and software company that decided the person searching should be the one it answers to.
